Instead, the simple solution is to have people who sell food products or who own the companies that do be the random testers of them to assure product quality. Some central distribution of unsafe or poor quality reports can be used to assure transparency in the food markets if people are worried. This works pretty well for restaurants and retailers already, and the internet only makes it ever more effective. <br /><br />But then again, I like fish and seafood. Never had oysters, but sushi is big around here. Same sorts of health risks. So perhaps I've gone crazy.
