The Day I Was Called a Marxist

Today I was called a Marxist.
Apparently, I'm for big government.

Because I think that the government shouldn't be able to take freedom away from a group of people for tribalistic reasons.

Needless to say, this was news to me.

The gentleman who formed this opinion about me in just a few minutes of debating with me and looking at my profile picture, later amended his opinion to state that I was a cultural Marxist.

Because I have the audacity to believe all people should live together in peace.

The horror.

It's gotta be the beard.

You know what I find really wrong in your ideology?

I think you actually love people like that. I wouldn't be a bit surprised, if you asked your God to protect that gentleman and give him nice things.

Thanks Tragedy. No, really, I mean it. I'm glad that somebody actually realizes I do believe things like that. xD

As to the gentleman in question: I have nothing personally against him. I'm not averse to him having nice things and prospering in life.

Just so long as he doesn't want to condone the degradation of my freedom, we're good. xD
