(Yes, I know, it's been forever since I posted. But, I'm trying. XD)
The TSA has announced its intention to tighten up airport security. If you make a reservation for a flight, don't be surprised if they ask for your sex and age. It's just 'routine.'
Pro: it will probably help them streamline the no fly list.
Con: We're still spooked about terrorist attacks that happened 8 years ago.
(And yes, this is short. I'll try again tomorrow ^.^)

As seemingly ridiculous as all the precautions seem, you must admit that 9/11 was a serious wake-up call and security has every right to be alarmed to this day.
Also with all the irritating tips on terrorists and fake-outs, it's difficult to tell when to be afraid. All the caution procedures help Americans feel safer.
I personally would rather feel unsafe and not have to give a million and one details to the TSA when I want to get on a plane. ;)
The government is ruling by fear, sadly...
Well, I hate to say it, but you might not feel that way if a plane you were on had been hyjacked...Lol!
(Not saying that happened to me, lol!)
We haven't had a single other attempted terrorist attack since '01, at least not one that made major news. (That I know of, I could be wrong about that. ;) )
But then again, I know I'd go to Heaven, so I'm not too worried. ;)
Actually, though they haven't been major, there have been a couple of attacks and plenty of scares. One even affected my parents on their way back from vacation! It was freaky.
True, heaven is a cheering prospect :)
I'm actually sided with Liberty on this one. I don't agree with things like the PATRIOT Act that infrineg the rights of americans. The TSA is the worst though. So many precations, so little actual threat.
